Happy Halloween!
Hey everyone!
So it's that special time of year when children ask for candy and they get it! HALLOWEEN! Apart from the awesome candy, one of the best part of halloween is choosing what spooky thing to go as! I always go with kitten and we're always matching. Lately though, it's been hard to find a partner costume that isn't weird and we haven't done before. I've done a lot of research though and found some good ones i'd like to share with you! Here's my top 8 partner costumes for Halloween. Please note these are not in order!
8: Night and Day.
This costume isn't spooky but it's a great last minute costume! Have one person go as night dressed in black with a cardboard cut out of a moon in their hand. Have the other friend go as day dressed in light blue with a cardboard cut out of a sun in their hand. It doesn't need to be bought and is a great option for partners.
7: Princess Peach and Princess Daisy.
I'm not a huge gaming fan myself but i'm not everyone! Princess peach and daisy are perfect for a Nintendo themed Halloween costume. They're not scary but if you're desperate, it's easy to pull together! Just have peach wear a blonde wig and wear all pink. Have daisy wear a brown wig and all yellow. Each wear a crown or something similar to emphasise the fact that you're princesses who shouldn't be messed with. If you want to be truly terrifying, paint red on your face to look like blood. You'll look dead! Experiment with makeup and see what looks the scariest. Have fun your majesties.
6: Little Red Riding Hood and Wolf.
This costume is easy, spooky and perfect for partners. Have one friend go as Little red riding hood in all red. Just make sure she has a cape! Have one friend go as a wolf. Wolf costumes are easy to find and are fairly cheap. If you're not looking to buy anything, just wear all brown and roar a lot. People should get the idea. As I said above, for an even spookier effect, make red riding hood look dead. Use any makeup you like to create this effect. Make sure Red Riding Hood is carrying a basket and let the wolf pretend to try and steal them. Have fun with this duo!
5: Mal And Evie From Descendants
Mal and Evie are very scary when they want to be and are certainly Halloween worthy! The movie descendants took the world by storm and most kids should know them. If not, watch the movie! For Mal, wear a purple wig and all purple clothing. Write "Long Live Evil" on a piece of paper and tape it on to your costume. Wear a bit of makeup but nothing too drastic. Shoes are just black boots. For Evie, wear a blue wig and all blue clothing. Make sure to wear a fair bit of makeup and experiment with your hair. Evie likes the little things. Both carry an apple and you're ready! For extra flair, have Mal carry a notebook which can act as her spellbook from the movie.
4: Minions!!!!
I am a huge minion fan and can definitely say i'll recommend this to kitten next time! The costume is pretty easy to make without buying anything. Just wear yellow tops and pants and blue denim overalls. You can wear whatever you like for shoes and hair. Otherwise, if you're prepared to spend money, minion costumes are EVERYWHERE!!! For extra fun, speak gibberish the entire night! You'll look great, sound great and get a lot of laughs. Minions
3: Hermione Granger and Luna Lovegood.
Those of you who haven't read Harry Potter will ask 'who are they?' Die hard harry potter fans such as myself will agree that the power these witches have are pretty scary and are definitely Halloween worthy. For Hermione, curl your hair or buy a wig if your hair isn't brown. No makeup is needed as Hermione is beautiful without it. A Hermione Granger costume can be bought just about anywhere. For those of you who aren't willing to spend money, use a black cloak (if you have one) or just wear all black. Print out the Gryffindor crest and stick it on. Just use a stick as your wand and you're ready to go! Luna is fairly similar. Wear your hair as normal if it is long and blonde. Otherwise, use a long blonde wig. Luna costumes are also everywhere but if you're not looking to spend money, just do what I said with Hermione. Print out the Ravenclaw crest, grab a stick and your costume is complete! Strut your stuff and threaten to use Avada Kedavra if the candy isn't to your liking!

This costume is cute and easy to make without buying anything. The witch just wears all black with a black cape. If you have a witch hat, wear it!!! Most people will have one in their costume box. Grab an old broom and use that as your flying broomstick. The cat can just wear all black with cat ears and a tail. These costumes are easy to buy as well if you'd prefer that. Witch, remember to cackle. Cat, meow!
